Philip Johnson Alan Ritchie Architects (PJAR) has been a defining force in American architecture for half a century and is among the world's most recognized and influential architectural practices. PJAR Asia emphasis is on quality design and an understanding that input from the client is critical to its process. The design team philosophy is founded on the belief that understanding the client's desires, needs and goals is an essential first step in generating designs that are functionally as well as aesthetically successful. Technical excellence, adherence to established schedules and budgets, and long-term performance are among its most important design objectives.

PJAR Asia is working on projects in China for 10 years. Three years ago the company established an office in Shanghai to able to work closely with our Asian clients. Our office in Shanghai combines international experienced staff from the New York office with local Chinese architecturally and technically experienced staff. We have experienced in many large scale projects in shanghai and other cities in China. Every project reflects the consideration of unique Chinese background and cultural environment. Of all the design we proposed, they all present fresh ideas, comprehensive thought procedure, research and planning which beyond the ordinary design.

In the beginning of 2006 PJAR Asia has merged with SPLD; through this company we are able to provide all services to our Chinese clients including technical drawings and planning permissions. Such connection can make the slogan come true which is issued by Mr Johnson—"As long as we are able to imagine, we will make it become true."

2006年初，我们收购了上海浦东土地发展规划设计事务所有限公司。更加增强了我公司的实力，使我们不仅能保证在前期方案设计方面尽善尽美，还能继续项目的后期服务与之配套，形成了一个完善的设计体系。我们不仅拥有优秀的方案设计队伍，我们同时也具备施工图和施工的资质并且拥有大量的专业人才，例如水电，暖通以及结构工程师，真正的符合了我公司创办人的口号“只要我们能想到的，就一定能做到”。我们将通过自己的双手把我们所想到的东西真实的创造出来。

通过这个具有中国规划建筑资质的平台，我们可以提供完整的设计服务（包括技术图纸和相关资质许可证）给我们的亚洲客户。
